Candace Piuma, wife to Joe Piuma, has a Bachelor of Art in Studio Art at College of Santa Fe where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2007. Timely fate led her to focus on gemstone cutting and metal work. Currently Candace has a lapidary and silversmith studio at their ranch home south of Chama. Her jewelry includes pendants, rings, bracelets and Concho belts. Candace served the community as a board member of the Chama Valley Humane Society for 4 years.
